At Nanova System , we strive to provide high-quality origami templates. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Digital downloads and templates cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
- Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
- Exceptions
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- If the purchased file is corrupt or inaccessible (and we are unable to resolve the issue).
- If the wrong template was delivered, and we are unable to provide the correct file.
- Requesting a Refund
To request a refund under the exceptions above, contact us at contact@nanova.store within 7 days of purchase. Please provide your order details and a description of the issue.
- Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in a ban from future purchases.
